On your return, pay for your parking at the payment kiosk. Enter your licence plate details and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your stay with us. You won't get a receipt unless you request one. Alternatively, download our PARKnGo app for automatic payment.

7. What happens if I forget to pay for parking?
By using the PARKnGo app, this will not be a problem as a number of our parks have barrier arms and License plate recognition so you can just drive in and out without the need to go to a pay machine. You will get charged the cheapest rate available, automatically through the app.
We know it does happen that you don’t have a means for payment. If this happens in one of our car parks, we encourage the guest to speak to us using the “call attendant” button at the barrier arm.
We are the friendly face of parking, and we will do our best to help you resolve the payment shortfall.
8. How can I appeal or dispute a parking ticket?
In the rare case where we have to issue a parking ticket (in non-barrier arm car parks) you can submit an appeal through our online appeals form. We don’t see parking tickets as a source of revenue and provide every guest a chance to speak to us directly to arrange payment for spaces they have used.
